Given an array of positive integers [a, b, c], does there exist a nondegenerate triangle with side lengths a, b, c?

Input: An array of positive integers [a, b, c], each less than 1000.

Output: A standard true value if such a triangle exists, and a standard false value otherwise

Examples:

[3,4,5]->True
[3,4,7]->False
[3,4,3]->True
